This cozy 6 bedroom/3 bath two story home is off close to all the amenities for summer fun! No traffic noise of Highway 50, adjacent to national forest land, close to trails and hiking/biking. Located in Summit Village the house is just a short drive to Nevada Beach. $5 gets you into the park for parking, picnicking, beautiful beach activities such as kayaking, parasailing, boating, and jet skiing just to name a few.
On the main floor off the main entrance you will find the master bedroom which has a king bed and private bathroom, 2 bedrooms with queen size beds and their own private bathrooms. On the main floor you will also find a game room complete with pool table, wet bar, another large television and hot tub off the back deck.
Upstairs there is the 4th bedroom complete with 2 twin beds with a half bath outside the room, a very large and spacious living room with 4 sofas, 2 of which are full size sofa sleepers, large screen television, 2 dining room tables that will seat a total of 12 people. Off the dining room is the patio looking out over the back yard as well as another patio in front overlooking the street. The backyard is extremely large, fenced in and very pet friendly.
This house is perfect for those seeking a location close to all the fun activities yet affordable and roomy. There is more than enough space for everyone to spread out and have their space.
