Each side has 3 bedrooms/3.5 baths and are an identical carbon copy of each other. Each side sleeps up to 12 people, total of 24 altogether. Together the house has 2 full kitchens and dining room areas with bar seating, 2 private indoor Jacuzzi tubs, 2 wood stoves, 2 lofts, 2 living room areas and 2 dens, several televisions, and 6 bedrooms/6 full bathrooms/2 half bathrooms. There are also double size sofa beds (2) and queen size sofa sleepers (2). If you wish to rent out just the 3 bed/3 bath combination, please inquire as those rates will be different. There is parking for 8 vehicles - 4 on each side out front. The home is located 4.5 miles from the casinos and downtown South Lake Tahoe and is on the shuttle route for all of Heavenly and downtown South Lake Tahoe/casinos. There are also cabs that will go to and from the house to downtown for about $20. Reno/Tahoe International Airport is about and hour and a half away and there are buses that will take you to downtown South Shore and cabs that will drop you directly off at the front door.

The area is great for hiking in the summers as it is just a short walk to the famous Tahoe Rim Trail, awesome mountain biking in the summers and a fantastic area for wildlife viewing. Bears are a very common sighting in the spring and summer.
